Stellar Tulsa Site Coordinator in Top Running for Veronica Awards
Communities In Schools at Tulsa Site Coordinator Jennifer Boyer has a servant’s heart and the drive of a team leader.
The data she gathers on a weekly basis informs what needs her students may have and she acts upon that immediately.
She believes in empowering her students and families instead of enabling them.
Jennifer fully understands we only have these students for a short period of time and with that she demonstrates a sense of urgency in order to change the picture of what their life may look like.
We are very excited that she was one of the top 10% of the nominees for the Veronica Awards Superstars Foundation.

According to the Superstar Foundation website:
The Superstar Foundation was founded in 2007 with a two-fold mission:
- To identify and reward individuals who use data to improve outcomes for underserved individuals, families and communities.
- To promote and advance transformative relationships as the driving force to outcome achievement in the social services sector;
As health, education and social services continue to progress towards better measurement of outcomes, the Superstar Foundation believes that transformative relationships and a commitment to data-based decision making at the level of engagement is the key to all long-term, sustainable improvement in the lives of those we serve.
