
Kelly has been with CIS of Mid-America since 2013 and has worked in several capacities in the areas of resource development, communications and marketing and supervision of field operations. Currently she is the Chief Program Officer providing leadership of all program operations, data and evaluation, program development and expansion efforts. She holds a B.A. in English and history from Texas A & M University-Kingsville, along with a M.Ed. in Education Administration from Angelo State University. Kelly comes to CIS of Mid-America with many layers of experience. This includes teaching at alternative schools in Texas, school and district level administration in Texas and Colorado, as well as, five years as the Executive Director of Routt County United Way in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. She and her husband, Scott, live in Lawrence. They have two daughters who live in Washington, DC. Maggie who works in sales operations in the tech sector and Libby who is a journalist.
