Don has worked in the contact center space for over 26 years and focuses on enabling partner success with Bucher + Suter. Bucher + Suter has delivered superior solutions for over 30 years and is one of Cisco’s premier global partners. They have a fantastic set of Connectors used to integrate the Cisco contact center and CRM desktop and they provide implementation and support services as well.
Don has been a member of the Communities In Schools of Mid-America Board of Directors for more than 16 years as a way to give back to the community, assist in educating the youth of our future, and drive dropout prevention.
Don graduated from Rockhurst University with an MBA (focusing on International Studies and Organizational Behavior Management) and graduated from the University of Kansas with two Bachelor’s degrees (one in Psychology and another in Human Development and Family Life with Honors).
His experiences vary from the military, criminal justice, social and non-profit work, telecom, technology, and contact center space. He has always leaned into taking direction and leading when appropriate. He strives to help his community, improve educational systems, and directly participates in corporate social responsibility programs.
Don’s drive is to understand and lead himself and others when appropriate through the finish line. He is always attempting to exceed his expectations, as well as those around him. Don knows or finds his limits, he pushes past his limitations, he sets new limits, and then he repeats.
