
Matthew Godinez is the Executive Director of the Chanute Regional Development Authority and the Southeast Kansas Regional Planning Commission since 2015. Previously, Matthew was Vice President of Sales for Perimeter Global Logistics and served as an executive in the Supply Chain and Logistics industry since 2004. Matthew is a native of Chanute, KS, and attended Neosho County Community College before transferring to Emporia State University. From 2002 to 2015, he lived in the Lawrence and Kansas City area and returned home to Chanute in 2015 with his wife Casey who is also a Chanute native. Since joining the CRDA he has been named one of the Top 50 Economic Developers in North America in 2018, and Top 40 under 40 in Economic Development in 2019, and most recently completed Leadership Kansas in 2019.
Matthew serves on various state and regional non-profit boards. Matthew enjoys traveling, golf, and fishing with his wife and two children.
