Kayci joined CIS of Mid-America in October 2014. Over the years, she has worn many hats with the organization, and currently serves as the Vice President of Program Operations, where she provides direction and leadership for all program operations.  Kayci came to CIS with a strong background in running youth development programs, both domestically and internationally.  She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY Albany, and then went on to serve as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mongolia.  Kayci later earned her Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania. In her free time, Kayci enjoys sitting down with a good book and spending time with her daughter.
